Mir Viral Mart – Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy

At Mir Viral Mart, we strive to deliver quality imported products at the best prices. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Return, No Replacement

All products sold by Mir Viral Mart are Original China Imported Products.

Once an order has been delivered successfully, it cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged due to:

• Change of mind
• Product not meeting personal expectations
• Incorrect order placed by customer
• Normal wear and tear after use

2. No Warranty / No Guarantee

As these are imported products, no warranty or guarantee is provided by Mir Viral Mart on any item.

3. Damaged Parcel Policy

If your parcel appears damaged, torn, or broken at the time of delivery:

• Do NOT take the parcel home before opening it.
• Open the parcel in front of the courier rider.
• Record a continuous video from the sealed parcel until it is fully opened.
• The courier rider must be present in the video during the opening process.

If the product is found damaged during this process, do not accept the parcel. Hand it back to the courier rider immediately and contact us.

4. Video Proof is Mandatory

Claims for damaged items will only be considered if:

• The parcel is opened in front of the courier rider.
• A complete, unedited opening video is provided.
• The parcel has not left the courier's possession before inspection.

5. Claims Not Accepted

We will not accept any claim if:

• The parcel is opened at home.
• No opening video is available.
• The courier rider is not present during unboxing.
• Damage is reported after accepting the parcel without following the above procedure.

اگر پارسل ٹوٹا ہوا ملے:

✅ پارسل گھر لے جا کر ہرگز نہ کھولیں۔

✅ کورئیر رائیڈر کے سامنے ہی پارسل کھولیں۔

✅ سیل بند پارسل سے لے کر مکمل کھلنے تک مسلسل ویڈیو بنائیں، جس میں کورئیر رائیڈر بھی واضح نظر آئے۔

✅ اگر پروڈکٹ ٹوٹی ہوئی ہو تو اسی وقت پارسل کورئیر کو واپس کر دیں اور فوراً ہم سے رابطہ کریں۔

گھر جا کر کھولے گئے پارسل یا بغیر ویڈیو کے کسی بھی کلیم پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
